阻力訓練成效挺不錯的,雖然體重數字還沒達到我的目標值,但是體態尺寸慢慢縮小,現在開始減少斷食的天數,也慢慢調整菜單,一樣均衡飲食,但可以慢慢跟家人共餐(不用自己另外吃減肥餐了🥲)不用每天出門前花大把時間挑遮肉的衣服、經前症候群跟身體發炎的情況也改善很多,體力精神跟睡眠也有改善,養成了很多好習慣,也不再被食物甜點餅乾制約,找回吃東西的主導權覺得很棒~接下來的課題是繼續努力維持下去🤩
