Uzun zamandır ara verdiğim rejime 89 kg ile devam ediyorum , ara verdiğim süre boyunca 3 kg verdim takibi , 100kg ile başladığım bu serüvene 89kg ile tekrardan merhaba diyorum ,65kg ı kendimde görmek istiyorum.!
