I have had a good week of exercise and eating. My blood sugar is doing really well. I am very excited about where I am right now. The only problem I have is eating at home. It is very tempting to lose me focus on the weekend - I'm off work, playing with kids, and usually running around doing errands.
Y'all have a great weekend.

Wow, that's different! Usually I that people have a hard time with eating out. I guess it's because you keep junk food at home for the rest of the crew and you're tempted? Is this the case?

Well at work, it is just me. I walk to lunch and grab a good salad, bring it back to my desk an eat. When I am at home, we get busy. Then I am tired and don't feel like cooking so I eat junk.

During the week, for supper, I'm guessing you eat well, because you've cooked. How about cooking a little more of what you're having for supper and freezing it. Or anytime you cook for that matter.

I will try the cooking and freezing for giving me weekend meals. In general, I like doing that, but I do it for my family (larger portions). If I made them single sized, then it would be quick to defrost and reheat. It would be like the TV dinners I would sometime have when I was a kid, except the ones I freeze taste way better.
