Ok. Ate excess calories at lunch and dinner. Must make smarter choices. Curbed a few calories by skipping a few items for the fajitas. Two half hour work outs today on the elliptical. The second work out supposedly burned 400 calories or the equivalent of the second fajita. Close enough. Feel full tonight.
