This week I found out I am pregnant. I took it real easy and actually felt a little sick so I did not workout as much as I used to. I will be seeing my doctor on Monday to confirm that I am pregnant, and discuss my weight and nutrition needs along with intensity of activities I am allowed to continue with. I may do Zumba still 3 days a week, and remove all other components of my workouts. But we will see what the Doc says!
