Made konjac ketiau kari@curry noodle for dinner, all time favourite with chicken chunk and tofu balls. Missing shrimp, spring onion and bean sprout for garnish tho. Craving this since last week.

Otb, thanks man. Use to cook a huge batch of this and had it throughout the day.in the pass. 😋. This konjac substitute feel a little different tho, its crunchy🤣

Thanks Navywifeski 🌻. Mee too. This one is of course different from the normal curry that we had with rice.

Thank you BB🌻. I did, really hit the spot😋. Except for the seasoning, everything else are natural ingredients. Konjac is 0 net carbs but probably a bit higher calories with the oil and coconut milk though. Still healthy overall.
