terbukti bener ini, 2 thn slow pace dietnya, kadang defisit, kadang maintenance, kadang surplus, masih makan baso, nasgor, cilok, pizza, kue-kue, santan, gula, garam, gorengan pokoknya makan "normal", tapi ttp konsisten nimbang dan hitung kalori, apa-apa by data, ga kerasa udah turun 7kg, perjalanan masih panjang 😎
