Well I'm back at IF after over a two year break, had an incident of pulmonary embolism in my left lung in 2019, then another in 2021 in both lungs,caught covid in hospital and have ended up on warfarin for life as a result, then the convids came and eprisoned me for the past two years, put all the weight I lost back on and a bit more, so starting ain from a start weight of 150kgs, set my goal into 5 stages to lose weight at 10kg at a time, so it gives more goals to aim for insted of a one goal big weight loss in one go senario, Just going to weigh on a weekly basis so I will see any progress rather than every doy or other day.
It's going to be a bit more involved this time around because as a warfarin user now, my diet has to cut out a lot of greens and vitamin k stuff to keep my INR reading stable so it not going be easy, but plodding on and we'll see.
