semalam gym masih bermain di dada dan punggung yang membuat pagi ini badan pada remuk :) , nanti malam coba di paha dan lengan jadi minggu ini jalan IF (5 hari) + LCHF (tiap hari) + GYM (3 hari) + 7 WO (2 hari) no cardio at all
