Awa : engga kak, paling pake whey kalau bkin oatmeal aja / pancake oat manis gt tapi itu juga jarang jarang hehe, seringan nutup dari realfood

Gumay : ga meratiin kak, secara persentase nanti jadinya 40 30 30 kak (karbs, fat, protein) jadi protein min 1-1.5x BB sering nya sih di 1,5xBB
