I am now pregnant. As per my doctors orders, I should not loose or gain significantly for the 1st trimester. So I am setting my goal to maintain my current wait until May 1st which will be when my first trimester is over. In my 2nd Trimester I should gain 12 lbs(5.4kg) and in my 3rd Trimester I should gain 14 lbs (6.3kg). I will use fat secret to stay on track and not gain an excessive amount of weight. After birth, I will get back on with weight watchers and do as much at home Zumba and work out DVD's as I can.
