Was really annoyed at putting on this week when I've done so well steadily losing recently. I totally sabotaged myself this weekend eating all the bad stuff and thoroughly enjoying it but now it's time to get serious again with an extra restricted week in the hopes of getting back on the weight loss wagon. Really hoping I'll find my exercise mojo again soon too as missot but have no motivation at all

Sounds like quite a few of us are demotivated right now. Can't even blame the weather as I love early Autumn

I agree, Bryonyrm. Lots of demotivated pals here and sad faces in real life. But I can feel a bit of momentum rising here so lets build on that and stop watching the news!!
