Good Morning Self et alia,
Too much fun camping! More steps but lots of socializing and food. Note for future events is to stop at one serving of dutch oven “Mountain Man” breakfast, chili, and ziti. Also say “No” to the camp desert around the camp fire. Then again - got to live a little.

Over on calories the past few days and definitely too many carbs, but i was running a deficit through out the week prior to the camping trip. I finished the week under total calories allowed.

Today is back to I.F. and focus on low carbohydrates. Drink more water as well.

Monday morning and the fight continues.
93.4 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like a wonderful trip that was good for your mind and soul along with some dietary indulgences. I’m betting those 1.5 lbs will be gone by the end of the week. Onward!

We camp quite a bit and usually for at least 2 weeks to a month on the road. I take my weights and if I have wifi I do utube workouts or I just hike alot! I usually eat more and am less strict with macros. Like you said, it's supposed to be fun so its ok to ease up a bit!👍👍
