Hadnt realised how long I've been away from FS. Weight has gone up and down in that time and is on way back down again.
What else is new - im running 3 times a wk. Its not as hard as it was when I started but its far from easy, but have a fixed routine now and a running buddy so there is no slacking!
SO got to lose some weight for niece/goddaughter christening and for the next trip to Florida.(4months! Yipes not long!!)
