Today is the first day of the challenge, and I've committed to writing here every day about my process.
Today it seems like I've been eating alot, but then I realize I've pigged out on some roasted chicken... god I love that stuff. But Althea, one of my mentors tells me, whatever you love you're addicted to, and I feel so bloated now I know it can't be good. Still, I'm drinking my water and writing in my journal, plus keeping a food diary. All this will help me keep my eating under control for the duration of the challenge and beyond. Because as we all know, it's not just about a specific time period, but about changing a lifetime of habits and becoming something else, someone else who has a completely different relationship with food.
