Serious migraine last night. First one I've had in probably six months. So frustrating. Glad I got my workout in in the morning yesterday. But today I just feel hungover. Groggy, queasy, tired. It's going to be a hard enough day not knowing when I'll get my training in between running the girls to Scouts and getting to my Relay meeting. I hate to go at 8 p.m. when Mark gets home, but that may be what I have to do. Ugh. Maybe that will give me enough time to get over this strung out feeling.
