Since weighing in, I have dined out 4 times. And had cheesecake.
My week has been hectic, so I haven't worked out, either.
The scale and I will not be friends next time I weigh in. But, I am back on track and going to keep it under 1400 today.
Sometimes you gotta eat out, and sometimes it happens all at once.
blah.
But, we leave for the beach on Saturday! It can't get here soon enough.

I agree - sometimes you have to fall off the wagon to get back on. It's a lifestyle change we're all striving for and we're bound to make mistakes along the way. It's why we find support here. People can help us get right back up and move in the right direction. Have a great vacation girlie, you deserve it.
