Since weighing in, I have dined out 4 times. And had cheesecake. My week has been hectic, so I haven't worked out, either. The scale and I will not be friends next time I weigh in. But, I am back on track and going to keep it under 1400 today. Sometimes you gotta eat out, and sometimes it happens all at once. blah. But, we leave for the beach on Saturday!
