Good Morning Self et alia,

After a few days of somewhat stagnated progress, success with a new low! It is a bigger drop than expected so I suspect up a little tomorrow to balance as some of it is probably just differences in water weight. Held back on calories yesterday in order to achieve some movement, but ate lots of cabbage and other greens.

The reading on the scale was real though which makes me happy. Glucose within normal range this morning at Wake Up which is phenomenal.

I am procrastinating on making a more thought out plan and organizing some meal prep as I know my current eating habits will eventually get old. I do plan an egg salad concoction in the office today incorporating some canned cod liver. Doubt it will be picture worthy but it should hit the marks on Macro Nutrients if I do not over do the crackers.

Plan today? IF, water, sensible choices, and incorporate steps through out the day. Later tonight enjoy a healthy walk while taking the family on a "Haunted Trails" adventure. Good stuff.

Thankful for another glorious day. The fight continues.

Thanks Debbie and thanks for encouraging the Daily Accountability Challenge. Three months ago, I did not believe that I would ever see Onderland. Miracles happen.
