Down a few tenths.

Every down day contributes now towards a BMI of less than 25. That is the goal now which equates to about 174 lb. I have not been that weight in 30 years but it seems that it might be attainable.

Glucose was up before bed but within normal range at wake up this morning. Good news to some degree as i am trying to reverse my pre-diabetes situation.

Hard to IF on weekends with the family, but i will delay eating until my window opens at Noon.

Meanwhile - water, active, and sensible choices.

The fight continues.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
