Shopped yesterday. Such a great thing, I only looked at sale and clearance racks and really had some great finds. Have been really tired and unmotivated this week. Got on the scale for kicks this am and it is DOWN...unfortunately it doesn't count until Tuesday. Which means even though I have NO desire to, I neeeeeeeeeed to exercise today, especially since I didn't for the last two days. Have plans with the girlfriends to head to the bar tonight. I've allotted myself two beers, and a lot of fun. I'm excited to get out there and enjoy myself, it's been too long! Feeling pretty good otherwise and hoping everyone else has a great day today!

Ah, retail therapy. Isn't it the best!?!?! Gosh you spoke my thoughts exactly: tired and unmotivated. Me too. I need to exercise today, too. I've got my workout clothes on, and soon will be heading to my weigh in meeting (I'll be up I know), BUT after that I'm pointing my car to the gym. All I have to do is just show up. It's AMAZING what our bodies are capable of. Have a great time tonight!
