Rowing kicked my ass, which is exactly what I wanted. We were actually racing another boat, we did it 3 times, and we won all 3...they were even able to ride our wake for a bit. feeling better after that workout. My abs are killing me tonight. I scarfed down 3 small pork chops (all the fat cut off, and I backed them with some mushroom soup...after that workout it tasted so good. A little full atm, could have done without the last but still under my calories, and satisfied. I am wondering if I should have wrote what I did yesterday, I am sure it made some feel uncomfortable. I have learned in the last few years that I am a good friend, a good partner, a good stepmother, a good artist, a hard worker, a caring and kind person, and good at taking care of others. One thing that I am realizing is that I have to take care of myself too. My mood, mind, body has much improved since I did that row. The coach is now asking me to do at least one of the competitions, I agreed to the one in town in September. I am really hoping to be down 15-20 lbs by then, and crossing my fingers that I will see a drop on Sunday. I will have not worked out for one day this week, and I plan to be really behaved over the weekend. I am EXHAUSTED, emotionally and physically drained, bf is home tonight, and to be honest I am glad I am not going to be alone. Thank you again for the comments and the personal messages you sent I have not responded to them all, but I will. I have come to really rely on the people that I have "met" on here. I am really glad I decided to join, and then after a bit of a break get back in to journal writing, and recording my food and calories used. Its made all the difference in the world. Goodnight buddies.
