Lunch - was craving cake so I had to do a lower cal version -Blended Baked chocolate oats (banana, oats, cocoa, maple syrup, dark canderel chocolate 1 egg ) coffee and fruit

I got the recipe from the feel good foodie https://feelgoodfoodie.net/recipe/baked-oats/ ½ cup rolled oats or quick oats 1 ripe banana 1 large egg 1 tablespoon maple syrup (I did half, sugar replacement should work too) ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon cocoa powder Blend everything together and bake for 20 minutes I added Canderel dark choc pieces 🤤
