Small scale 135.5, big scale 135.4. I was really good yesterday, but I think I gained due to the 2 previous days. I was good earlier today, but as the day wore on, not as good. Need to get back and STAY on track. Only did evening yoga, but will resume elliptical tomorrow. A little sore from doing new yoga routine and free weights.
