It’s been so long since I’ve been on here. Tons of changes, some good and some bad. It’s a journey we shouldn’t beat ourselves up. It’s so hard to find a healthy balance while working. I’m still trying to figure it all out. I’ve recently started pouring more time into doing healthier things. I started doing mini workouts again and cutting back on unhealthy foods (with being super restrictive). Here’s to finding balance and not beating ourselves up about what we look like.
