Another day on Lipotrim, Day 4.
Feeling great, walked for hrs yester with a bit of shopping and going for coffee between,
My pal had dinner and did not worry me at all, everyone being very supportive, Today going take it easy, did 15 mins on exercise bike, and about 5 mins follwing the carribean work out on tv, plan another turn on the bike and have the tv set to another try of work out at 6.
otherwise taking it slow today,
Tomorrow my pals meeting me so thats a walk into town, about 2 miles or there about.
Being a bit selfish at moment bout replying or commenting on oter peoples effort but trying not to be online to much and own head so busy with trying to diet, birthday and wedding plans and sorting out kids schools, all new ones and my return to college and sorting out exam fees.
hope everyone out there being strong and focus even if as they say only 80% of the time.
