Haven't weighed myself for 2.5 weeks (on purpose) as I get so disheartened when I don't see the scales move so I am absolutely delighted with this result 😀 Doing keto and low carb is deffo the way forward for me.
98.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
