Been a bit harder today, especially this night, Im gone to bed early, stomach bit upset, but going to stick to it.
Did plenty of exercise, weather not the best so did it on exercise bike and also followed an workout on tv.
Thats all news for today, being weighed in after I go for my mammogramme on Friday,
