Guess who has two legs and gets to work of chorizo tacos at the gym tomorrow!

I am loving the gym lately. I hope that doesn’t change because i really need to be healthy. The gym has big t.v. Screens that has inspirational quotes like, “make time for your health today or make time for your illness later” and “hit the gym floor or hit the hospital floor”. I really need to let that sink in.
I’m working on being nicer to myself too. Today i was shooting archery next to an older man and every time he missed his target he was cussing and cursing but the crazy thing is that he was cursing himself. I felt bad for him and i saw some of my own traits in him. After a while i said politely “go easy on yourself, you’re doing fine” his reply hit me hard. He said, “i know, I’m always hard on myself”.
All I can say is dang. Hopefully i can see him again and be his friend.
