Aniess : ga sih kak, soalnyaa perut n pahami masih gede Jadi barat banget Kayak e kalau bb 40kg an kempes n agak ringan sih Hehe

@maharan20 naikin massa otot kak, olahraga angkat beban+kardio minimal 3x seminggu,imbangi dengan makan makanan yg bernutrisi, cukupi kebutuhan protein kamu 1,5-2g x BB, penuhi jg kebutuhan serat, tidur cukup,hindari begadang..
