yesterdays weigh in at the dr motivated me to get back on track cooked nutritious meal: vegetable: zucchini, mushroom, artichoke, peppers, onion garlic, trader joes organic spagetti sauce basil no salt tomatoes then top wth low fat moz cheese from trader joe's worked out hard yesterday, ran, biked and stairs!
