It's been a while, but I'm back! Things have been good, and paleo has allowed me to keep a handle on maintaining my weight around 184. I'm going to start this back up to see the effects of intermittent fasting (if you're skeptical, see a recent podcast by Primal Podcast about fasting - changed my opinion!) I'm going to start by skipping breakfast and lunch one day a week and see how it goes. I hope this will help with me reducing my overall calories (which is proving to be virtually impossible) as well as allow my gut to heal while I'm fasting. Also, now that spring is here, I hope to walk more and do some more strength exercises! Screw being skinny! I want to be strong!
