i haven't journaled in a couple days. i was reading in self about this women obsession and guilt that she wasn't as environmentally active. She wrote down at night all the things she did towards being green. i am going to do the same for my health goal. so today i 1) carried boxes, packing moving, sorting and sweating 2) had a half salad at lunch 3) worked out and sweated big time 4) had a portion controlled dinner 5) did my weekly meds. 6) recorded what i ate faithfully.
tomorrow morning I will weigh at the docs. who can tell, I was in a slump last week so it might go up, hoping that it stays the same.
bit of a headache. it's the bloody heat.
