問一下年糕的食譜,看起來好讚

食材:午餐肉一罐、韓國魚板、光州年糕、韓國泡菜(全聯都買得到) 作法:1)年糕先用熱水燙軟(煮軟)預留一點年糕熱水。 2)另起鍋乾煎韓國魚板和少許油煎午餐肉定型,魚板午餐肉不起鍋可直接下泡菜(和一點泡菜湯汁)炒出味道,加年糕(及年糕水)煮一下,再加入年糕附贈的醬包(或韓式辣醬)若泡菜太酸或太鹹,可加一點果糖,煮至濃稠即可起鍋~
