Those two drawers at the bottom of my fridge are no longer the place fresh vegetables go to die. I do wish that i could stay full on vegetables and chicken breast though.

Throw a serving of whole grain pasta or whole grain brown rice in there. It will help a lot.

I have found pairing veggies with fiber/protein and a little fat keeps me fueled for hours. Maybe try adding 1/2 cup black beans /chickpeas, small amount of avocado and a tablespoon or two of nuts/seeds.
