Another slight uptick.

Only made about 15 hours on the IF effort yesterday. The work cafeteria had pollock and brussels so did not over do it even at that.

Glucose under 100 again this morning so 4 days in a row now. Managing day by day.

The fight continues.
85.9 kg Lost so far: 18.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
