F__K-Up again?!?!
I don't get it. I walked almost a mile at lunch time and ate well. Makes me want to eat the pizza in the fridge. I'll have to try the apple day or apple cider vinegar drink. This is a real downer for me.

try not walking for a couple of days. ( i know, sounds weird but it worked for me. this diet is geared for no exercise) and up your water intake big time. :)

I drink almost a gallon a day. I was also surprised at how many carbs are in a granny smith apple. What's a good apple to eat for an apple day? I'm curios to see if the hcg I ordered from a different company will work better.
