I don't want to call it a diet, because it's not. It's the way I should have been eating all this time. I'll just call it my "Better Decisions Plan".
I will not put a time limit on my health. It is here and now, and putting a limit on how long I have to accomplish that is telling me that I can fail. I have done enough failing myself. I will keep eating and drinking until I feel good about myself and after that I wont stop, because there is no limit for me. I cannot and will not be stopped.
