139.7?? I literally weighed myself like 40 minutes ago and I already forgot.

The plan is the same for today as it was yesterday; I have the same things packed. I will, however try to drink more water for real this time.

The thing that concerns me is yesterday I had a back pain flareup during/after dinner, and it could be nothing, but I have noticed a trend of more back pain he emptier my stomach is. I made a comment to my physical therapist and she says it’s nothing she’s ever heard of, so either I am manifesting it, or it’s an actual thing she’s just never experienced, or it was just time for back pain flareup, and it was a complete coincidence that it was on the day that I started to buckle down and lose weight. I would lean more towards unconscious self sabotage, but that’s just me.
Either way it was enough to make me do some of my physical therapy that I haven’t done in forever cause I didn’t think it was working hence why I stopped going. So let’s go take a lot of pills and get this day started.
