洋蔥、酪梨
皮蛋1顆
胡麻醬+黑芝麻醬
肉圓一顆
紅龍果

整個吃超撐啊…明天要煮少一點😂

其實冰箱還有很多片雞腿排、鹹豬肉、還有鯖魚,今天又去團購領牛排、鱈魚片、爆汁雞塊、帶殼玉米筍!要趕快努力吃😂

晚上要去逛夜市再去食品量販店買一些火鍋肉片😆😆那裡什麼冷掉食品乾的都有而且很便宜🤘🏻
