Set a new goal weight today -will see how it goes
New goal would have my BMI in the 24 range

I know BMI is not perfect by any means but I watch for downward trending just like weight

I am not a firm believer of BMI, but people who are in normal BMI, tend to have less health issues compared to people who have lower or higher BMI according to researches from medicine scientists. So it is my preference to stay within normal BMI.
