It’s amazing how quickly things can change. I got up at 7 AM feeling wonderful. An hour later I tweaked my back. Twelve hours later I can barely move. I haven’t experienced this much pain in 10 or 12 years. Enjoy your pain-free life while you can friends. ❤️
