139.5 tonight. We all knew it wasn’t going to be the best number. Not the worst, but more than last night.

For dinner I had leftover lobster and cheese ravioli in a red cream sauce. Then went to Dennys because I had to take my daughter shopping for dress clothes and she wanted breakfast. I had coffee and cheesecake since I already ate. Fast started at 4pm.

My husband put together enchiladas for tomorrow while we were gone and actually cleaned the kitchen. That’s pretty cool.

Back to salad, yogurt, and granola for the next 5 days. Oh, except for Saturday; I have off and am making Christmas cookies with my mom, daughter, aunt, and cousin all day. I will gift away most of them.

I wouldn’t weigh in everyday… I myself can fluctuate as much as 4-6 lbs in one day. Just with hydration levels, daily activities, and how much my body expels in waste. My opinion is once a week… at the most. Because daily sure can wreck your mental health real fast. ❤️ hope you have a wonderful rest of your week.

My mental health isn’t much to write home about regardless of my weight. I always weigh myself everyday; When I’m trying to lose weight it is everyday twice a day. I compare my mornings against my mornings and my nights against my nights and my morning and night against each other. It keeps me motivated and tells me how tomorrow’s going to be.
