misalnya kita makan 1500 kalori trus kita ngebakar 1200 kalori maka 300 kalori sisa makan kita akan berubah jadi lemak

jadi yang diet rendah kalori atau penakaran kalori ayo kita semangat olahraga biar ngebakar kalori yang kita makan ..
