New low and glucose <100 at wake up. Day 1 although i realize i am in a pretty good situation,

Feeding window opens around Noon. Planning a monster cabbage salad with mung bean sprouts and other such trimmings.

The fight continues.

Monster cabbage salad with Mung Bean Sprouts, Flat Anchovies, a few Baby Carrots, Banana Pepper, Olives, and a whole Avocado. About 800 calories according to my calculation (320 from the Avocado) but only 16.5 net carbs. I will go with that for a solid lunch for the day. I could have done with half of that amount, but it is what I had with me today. Not a huge fan of the avocado though it is supposed to be a liver healthy food. I can continue the fight with that this afternoon.
