Off to a great start (not really) I've been way below my RDI the last two days but haven't been hungry at all. Yesterday for supper I had to force feed myself two boiled eggs and a protein isolate to get my macros more in line with what it should be. Today I woke up late for work and had no time to make a decent breakfast or pack a lunch for work so I ended up grabbing a bagel with cream cheese from the coffee shop. It's not even lunch and my appetite is back in full force with nothing healthy to snack on. Guess I'm fasting until supper tonight. Not sure I'll make my calorie goal today either. Tomorrow's another day...
