Your have my sincere Sympathy Jamaica. My job is good. But I live in Florida and its very overcrowded so the employers in general treat employees like whatever since they have 400 more people in line for their jobs. My boyfriend goes through hell. My job pays well and benefits are excellent but like any work place there a certain amount of BS. HAVE A GREAT ONE!!!!!!-& by the way, I believe in Karma, the bad ones will get it back to them.  

I was just venting. The company I work for pays me really well and treats me really well too. It's just that when crap starts going sideways, everyone turns to Karen to fix it. This week has been a logistical nightmare with ordering a piece of custom made equipment from Indianapolis and getting it to our location in Canada WITHOUT using more than one air cargo company and no ground companies (5 ft by 2 ft by 4 ft and 650 lbs - a WHOLE lot bigger and heavier than we were first told). Cargo planes do not fly out of Indianapolis. It has to go ground to Chicago, then catch a plane. Then we find out today that our scheduled courier in Canada couldn't take it - too big. Scramble to make other arrangements while our staff member (who drove to Indianapolis from Canada - 8 hour trip) was driving the equipment to Canada to catch the air cargo company who couldn't take it. Catch the driver at the border to let him know of the change of plans (cell only works in Canada). Upshot, I finally managed to get our equipment arranged on another courier's flight tonight. And that was on top of all of the other work I was supposed to do. God, I'm good at what I do. :-D But, I did take time to eat lunch today. :-) 

Hurrraaaay, I am glad you got lunch today!!!!! 

Just got a call from my boss (3.5 hours after closing) - our shipment just got dropped to the courier company - YES! Now I can relax and enjoy my wine. :-)
