I ate and ate and ate and ate today. It started bad, then kind of just got out of control and then I said screw it and just kept eating and I know at some point I should’ve stopped and been like, enough is enough, and I guess technically I did because I haven’t had anything to eat since dinner except for drinking the juice out of babies peach cup, but it should have been sooner.
I had plenty of cookies, fudge, the rest of that 3/4 of cinnamon roll, bavarian cream filled donut, some leftover Chinese, a stuffed pepper, a little bit of the cherry pie I made my husband, some nuts, crackers, veggie straws, more cookies, the list goes on.
And I can’t even actually remember what started it.
On a positive note, I did an exercise routine from an app I have and a yoga routine. I think I am going to stop with the calorie tracking and simply stick with intermittent fasting. Not letting myself have sweets is obviously what led up to this
