I had a very stressful weekend so I did some spring-cleaning and worked outside a little bit.
My job is the problem right now...thankfully I haven't tried to eat the blues away.

Well if you're anything like me, that's a huge accomplishment. Keeping yourself busy really helps fight against the boredom or stress eating. Hang in there. You're doing great!!

Wow, I just read your bio and I can see what you mean about the sampling and then feeling like you want a regular meal. I'm stumped because you have to taste what you're making but all those bites do add up. And then it's only fair that you'd want to sit downand share a meal with friends or family after work. At work you're on your feet all day and moving a lot so I bet you burn more calories than someone at a desk so that's a positive thing. Your chart is amazing so you're obviously doing thing right overall. Actually, your weight loss is pretty impressive so stay positive and you'll get to your goal in a healthy amount of time. Good luck.
