K so not moving on the scale but moving otherwise! I'm doing the pedometer thing and I have almost managed to reach my 10000 steps in a day yesterday. Only about 250 short. I thing I'll exceed the 10000 today! I'm almost certain of it before 10 am I had done over 2400 so thats a great start. I don't have time to count calories lately, but I'm making healthier snack choices and that helps me feel I'm at least doing something in the right direction! Here's to healthier choices everyone!
