Well I've decided to give Atkins a try. I've been on it before and had success and WW doesn't seem to be something I can stick to right now so I'm going to give it a try. My three boys will be leaving tomorrow to go with my parents to my sisters house for three days and I plan on feeling and acting better by the time they get back. I know by the way today has been going that I'm very cranky getting off of sugar on its probably best for all three of us if we are not together for the next few days. I know from past experiences that after the first few days I will have more energy and less cravings and won't feel so crappy and bloated all the time. TOM should also be gone by then and they will come home to a new mommy!! I'm staying off the scale for a while so I can post a good number when I do get back on it. I'm ready to change and do things differently forever and this is the first step.

Good luck with the Atkins - I did it after DD1 and lost about 30lbs, but soon fell off, and gained about 50. Hopefully you will do better than me!!!
